Lucy is the founder & managing partner of Token Bay Capital and a Senior leader of PwC’s Global Crypto Team. Token Bay Capital is a Hong Kong-based early-stage startup fund that invests in digital assets and blockchain firms, founded by Lucy, who is now ‘its’ managing partner. Lucy, who resides in Hong Kong, is also a board member of the FinTech Association of Hong Kong and co-chairs the Blockchain Committee. Additionally, Lucy is the founder of Women in Crypto Hong Kong and previously a Crypto and Fintech Associate Director for PWC in mainland China and Hong Kong. In her advisory role with PwC, many of her clientele, including world central banks and other regulatory organizations, entrusted her with helping them design their crypto-asset policies and launch proofs of concepts.
