Karina is currently a Team Lead EMEA for Datadog and a strategic advisor for Global Women in Tech. Karina is well known in the industry and an experienced IoT and blockchain developer. The Trust of the Audience Award was given to Karina for her efforts as a member of the worldwide campaign “women in tech,” as an experienced developer, and as an international speaker (about 200 workshops & 100 conferences, 2016-2020). The number of workshops and conference appearances by Karina are impressive and lend to her worldwide reputation in the industry. Karina has a ‘master’s degree in Applied Informatics, Economics, and Geospatial Technologies. Karina has applied professionally working as a Developer Lead and Sales Engineer in five countries over the past 15 years.
