Ana is currently working at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco as a risk and policy advisors team. Ana’s coverage areas at the SF FED include crypto, digital banking, lending, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and financial health and inclusion. In addition, Ana crossed over to the regulatory side of the industry, rounding out her entrepreneurial resume to safeguard the integration of crypto into the U.S. banking system. Previously, Ana served as the Head of Operations for FalconX, a founding team member, and expanded into a global crypto-assets brokerage firm. Ana has an undergraduate degree in economics from Harvard University and a ‘master’s degree from Harvard Business School.
