Tonya is a full-tenured professor at the Penn State Dickinson Law School and the founder of Advantage Evans Academy. Professor Evans developed Hampshire School of Law’s world-class instructor pool and curriculum and created and directed the school’s Blockchain, Cryptocurrency & Law online professional certificate program. During her stint at UNH Law, Tonya was also the Chair of the Intellectual Property and Technology Online Programs. Tonya specializes in intellectual property, emerging technologies such as blockchain and distributed ledger technology, entrepreneurship and innovation, entertainment law, trusts and estates, and municipal finance. Finally, Tonya is on the Forbes 50 over 50 list.
