Maxine is a project architect for Pulser, and the founder of PRSPR. Maxine is probably best known as the co-founder and chief operations officer for Bitspark. Maxine was a 26-year-old college dropout who had little tech training when she and co-founder and CEO George Harrap formed Bitspark. They collaborated through trial and error, building a powerful online payment platform teamed with numerous remittance shops across seven countries supporting cash to a crypto solution. Bitspark re-organized upon Maxine’s departure and then quickly closed its doors as the pandemic and social unrest hit Hong Kong. However, Maxine’s time at Bitspark gained worldwide notoriety and ended up on the Forbes list of 30 under 30 Fintech entrepreneurs. Maxine has since turned her attention to PRSPR, previously known as ProsperApp. PRSPR is on a mission to enhance the financial stability of millions of millennials exploring personal financial literacy via viral video content. PRSPR delivers bite-sized concepts about personal finance in an intuitive manner.
