Before founding Trindsi, Ella enjoyed a career in tech that included time spent as the Head of Binance Labs. Binance Labs incubates, invests in, and empowers leading blockchain and cryptocurrency entrepreneurs, initiatives, and groups. The Labs team comprises blockchain enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, developers, academics, and investors committed to the blockchain revolution for the long run. In addition, Ella has extensive expertise in the technology media and telecom business sector, particularly in e-commerce and advertising. Earlier in her career, Ella worked at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers China as a vice president.
