Carolyn is the head of business development and strategy at Thesis, a position she has held since late 2019. Thesis is working on how to best bridge the purchase gap utilizing cryptocurrency such as Bitcoin while enabling private data on public blockchains. Before working at Thesis, Carolyn enjoyed a short stint at Casa Inc. as head of operations and client services. Casa is the maker of the Bitcoin Node in a box and a self-custody solution. Carolyn is probably most recognizable for time spent at ConsenSys as the Director of Global Operations. Consensus Systems is a blockchain app production studio that builds decentralized applications for the emerging Ethereum ecosystem. During her time at ConsenSys, Carolyn helped grow the company from a handful of employees to about 800. While at ConsenSys, Carolyn found time to manage a firm she co-founded named Fabrig. Fabriq is a community governance tool built on Ethereum.
