Caitlin is the founder and CEO of Avanti Financial Group, a company starting a de novo bank, Avanti Bank & Trust (in formation). Caitlin is a long-term advocate for crypto and Bitcoin. In an evangelist role, Caitlin led the charge in the State of Wyoming to enact laws favorable to crypto company formation other crypto enabling statutes. In addition, Caitlin is the Chairman of WyoHackathon, a celebratory blockchain event for developers, entrepreneurs, and existing businesses. In the past, Caitlin was the co-founder of Wyoming Blockchain Coalition and a gubernatorial appointee of the Wyoming Blockchain Task Force in 2018-2019. In 2016, Caitlin worked for Symbiont.io, a smart contract platform utilizing blockchain technology. Caitlin has also earned several prestigious accolades, including the MarketsMedia Women in Finance Award for Excellence in 2016.
