Alena is Co-Founder and Former CEO of SatoshiLabs, the Design Leader of Trezor Hardware Wallet, and author of the Book The Little Bitcoin. Alena is a business veteran with over 15 years of business development expertise, primarily in the financial services sector. Alena has established many promising startups, including one of the largest financial advice networks in the country, an online newspaper, and an insurance company’s outside sales section. In her international monetary system studies at the College of International and Public Relations in Prague, Alena became interested in Bitcoin in 2011. Her expertise and interest in alternatives like Bitcoin led her to quit the traditional banking business to start SatoshiLabs.
