Rebecca is the Co-founder and CEO of Sagan, a venture in startup status. Most recently, Rebeccas served as the Co-founder and COO of Skuchain, a primary currency agnostic blockchain business that provides a complete supply chain and trade management platform. Rebecca was previously recognized for her tech expertise as a World Economic Forum Tech Pioneer for 2019. Rebecca formerly worked for Globality, an AI-based international marketplace for services, as Director of Business Development and Head of Asia. Rebecca was also notably a part of Secretary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign foreign policy team, where she was in charge of Asia trade and economic strategy. Additionally, Rebecca was a technology and foreign policy advisor to the Biden for President campaign. Rebecca’s current and prior work product includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, venture financings, debt financings, and other domestic and cross-border transactions.
