Nathalie is currently the Co-Founder of The People Design House. At People Design House, Nathalie and her co-founder address company culture from a Human Resource perspective. The company addresses hyper-growth such as scaling from 10 employees to 300 and a myriad of other HR issues. Nathalie covers all the typical HR issues in rapidly growing tech firms, such as compensation, leveling, performance, recruitment, and communications. Before co-founding The People Design House, Nathalie was working through the ranks at Coinbase as Chief of Staff and filling various HR roles. Nathalie began her work as an intern at the Peter A. and Vernice H. Gasser Foundation in 2005. At the foundation, Nathali started as an Assistant Director of Recruiting Relationship Manager at Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2007. Subsequently, Nathalie became a Senior Associate Director of Employer Relations and Acting Director of Operations. She joined Coinbase in 2014 and then moved on to form her own company, The People Design House, in 2019.
