Cindy is a successful attorney practicing in high-tech companies and is considered an expert in security, finance, and tech-related law. Cindy was General Counsel for Postini when it sold for $643 million. After the sale of Postini, Cindy became the COO and General Counsel of Bling Nation and Lemon Wallet. Bling Nation and Lemon exited in late 2013 for approximately $50 million. Cindy then moved on to head up Xapo for roughly a year before joining Goodwin Procter as a Partner. In addition, Cindy has been a General Partner for Ribbit Capital, a venture capital and private equity company, since 2016.
