Alisa is the Head of Trade and Supply Chain at R3 in New York, working as a trade specialist in the strategy area with responsibilities related to trade governance and global initiatives. Alisa is well known in the industry and has chaired various entities over the last decade. Currently, Alisa is the Co-Chair of the Bankers Association for Finance and Trade. In addition, she has served in other chair capacities for the International Chamber of Commerce, The U.S. Department of Commerce – Trade Finance Advisory Council, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan. Alisa is a former U.N. employee and postdoctoral fellow at New York University before joining the workforce as a Regional Cooperation Specialist for the Asian Development Bank.
