Tahmida Mahmud is an Engineering Manager at Nauto, leading the Perception team. Her team develops AI-based algorithms focused on critical external safety features (ADAS) and driver monitoring systems (DMS) for automotive fleets. Tahmida received her Masters and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, focusing on computer vision and machine learning. She earned her Bachelors in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). Tahmida was listed as one of the 30 influential women advancing AI in 2020 by ReWork.
