Paula began her work in technology after earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Westfield State University. She later co-founded and co-invented elements of EqualLogic, a SAN system bought by Dell in 2008, before joining Heartland Robotics as Vice President of Engineering. She was also the co-founder and the director of DataGravity, a software-based data management firm where she helped improve data security and compliance. Paula then spent a short time with Talla, which offers AI-powered prediction, automation, and augmentation serving a cross-section of industries such as logistics, insurance, hospitality, healthcare, and financials. Now Paul works in support of startups in various positions to inspire and assist growth from the bottom up.
