Mehrnaz is a Senior Data Scientist at PureFacts, and a Member of the Advisory Board of Queen’s University. At PureFacts Financial Solutions, Mehrnaz converts financial data into trustworthy A.I. utilizing several algorithms she has created for numerous financial institutions. In addition to her work at PureFacts, she serves on the advisory board for Queens University’s InQUbate Program, the first student-run A.I. business incubator. Mehrnaz is also the Chair of the IEEE Signal Processing Section Toronto Chapter. Mehrnaz has worked in various industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, and mobile app development. Mehranz earned her Ph.D. from Ryerson University, published several academic papers, and garnered multiple awards, including the Mitacs Postdoctoral Award.
